With power of up to 99000btu/29kw per CD/FT and only 31" in the MD direction makes it the most compact dryer in the industry. Optional profile control to 4" zone widths. Rugged 304 stainless steel construction, with option for 316sst, allows for the harshes of environments. Effeciencies measured in excess of 63%. Numerouse options of burner technologies to match the installation requirements.
Caliper Control: The SpectraCal has the most range of any caliper control system in the industry. With power of up to 25kw per CD/FT and only 17" in the MD direction makes it the most compact caliper system in the industry. Zone resolution down to 1.25" increments in the CD direction. Water Spary: The SpectraWTR is a compact remoisturizing system. Zone resolution down to 3" increments in the CD direction. Rugged 304 stainless steel construction, with option for 316sst, allows for the harshes of environments. Simple design allows for quick change of spray nozzles. The system uses state of the art, off the shelf, electronics, spray nozzles and valves for ease of maintnenance.
